🛑 It is not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed.
All orders are immediately fulfilled and placed on one of innumerable shipment pallets in our warehouse.
We understand this is frustrating news. Unfortunately cancellation is not as simple as hitting a bit red button and our warehouse heroes work fast, so our customer service team cannot cancel your confirmed order upon request.
You can return your order
If you really don't want your order, you have two options:
Refuse the delivery and the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
You must contact our customer service team to notify them.
Once the parcel is returned to our warehouse, you will be refunded.
