Your first subscription order will be shipped immediately after you place your order. You'll receive it according to our regular shipping times.

All subsequent subscription orders will be delivered based on the shipment frequency and delivery day that you've selected. You'll receive an order confirmation email on the day your order is processed in our warehouse and you'll receive a shipment confirmation email once your order is ready to be shipped.

Please note: if you entered your mobile phone number at checkout, we’ll also send you a few texts to keep you updated on your order. Don’t worry, you can always opt out if you’d rather not receive these. Just follow the instructions in the message (you can text “STOP” at any time).

Didn’t get a message?

Sometimes our texts sneak into your “Spam & blocked” folder by mistake. Have a quick peek there, chances are that’s where it ended up. You can mark it as “Not spam” to make sure future texts land safely in your inbox. Still no luck? Let us know!
