You will be charged immediately at the time of placing your first order. When placing your first order, you must choose your order frequency.

You will always be charged 7 days before the shipment of your next order.

For example: if you choose a frequency of 4 weeks, you can expect to be charged for the next order 3 weeks after the previous shipment. If you choose a frequency of 12 weeks, you can expect to be charged 11 weeks after the previous shipment.

If there is a payment issue (for example, insufficient funds or an expired card), we will contact you by email with instructions to update your payment method.

You will never be charged for more than one order at a time. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time.
