Why did we change our subscription system?

We’re always on the move to do better, for our customers and their four-legged friends. That’s why we’ve given our subscription system a makeover.

With our new and improved system, we’re fully up to date and ready to make your life a whole lot easier. Your favorite goodies still get delivered straight to your doorstep, exactly when you want them, and always with a 5% discount. But wait… there’s more!

Here’s what’s new:

  • Change of plans? No problem! You can now update your subscription up to 1 day before shipping date (it used to be 7 days).

  • Extra savings! Use a discount code on top of your standard 5% subscription discount.

  • Treats on us! Choose your free treats of choice.

  • Need help fast? Our Customer Happiness team is here for you in a flash.

  • Total flexibility. Want to change something or cancel your subscription? You’re in control!

In short: more flexibility, more happy tails. Because you and your furry friend deserve nothing but the best.

What do I need to do if I already have a subscription?

Good news: if you’re paying with a credit card, you don’t need to lift a paw. We’ve already moved your subscription over for you, easy as that!

Paying via SEPA? No worries, we’ll guide you through a few simple steps. Your current products and frequency have been automatically transferred, so just double-check that everything looks right.

A few important things to keep in mind:

  • SEPA is no longer available as a payment method for subscriptions. You’ll need to choose one of the available payment alternatives at checkout:

    • Credit Card

    • Visa Debit & Mastercard Debit (Read more)

    • PayPal

    • Google Pay

    • Apple Pay

  • Your first order in the new subscription system is shipped right away. After that, your orders will follow your preferred frequency.

Once you're happy, simply place the new order to activate your new subscription. Your old subscription will be automatically cancelled.
