You can manage your subscription through your subscription dashboard.

From your subscription dashboard, you can:

  • View the shipment dates for the next 3 subscription orders

  • Change your delivery frequency

  • Add or remove products to/from your subscription

  • Change your shipping or billing address

  • Modify your payment method

  • Pause or cancel your subscription

  • Reactivate your subscription

Changes to your next subscription order can only be made up to 8 days before the next shipment. Any changes made within 7 days before your next shipment will not affect the upcoming order. The changes will only take effect for the following order.
