How to add products to your subscription
You can add products to your subscription by following these steps:
Go to your subscription dashboard.
Click on Edit subscription.
Click the Add Products button.
Shop for your desired products and click on Add to subscription.
Paw-some! You've successfully added new products to your Edgard & Cooper subscription.
Keep in mind it's not possible to add bundles or limited edition products (such as festive items) to a subscription. These can only be ordered through a one-time purchase.
How to remove products from your subscription
You can remove products from your subscription by following these steps and by following the video tutorials for desktop and mobile browsers below:
Go to your subscription dashboard.
Click on Edit subscription.
Click the Edit products button.
To remove a product completely, click on the 🗑️ trash bin icon beside the product(s) you wish to remove.
The product(s) will disappear.
Click Update to confirm your choice.
Paw-some! You've successfully removed the product(s) from your Edgard & Cooper subscription.
☝️ If there's only one product remaining in your cart, you will not be able to remove that product until you add a new product to your cart. You cannot have a cart with zero products in your subscription.
Add the new product(s) that you want, and then remove the remaining product that you no longer want.
