  • picture of the box from the outside with visible label

  • picture of the box from the inside to verify if the damage occurred due to packing

  • picture of all damaged goods

Once you have done this, our team will promptly take care of your problem making sure that your four-legged friend can enjoy again his delicious food in the best conditions.
