Damaged products in my order

Did you receive damaged items? Perhaps the cans or cups are dented or your bag of kibble or treats opened in transit? Here's what to do.

Your order arrived but an item is damaged?

We're really sorry to hear this happened – it’s definitely not the experience we want you to have! We’re here to make things right, fast!

You just need to contact us making sure to send us :

  • A photo of the exterior of the box with the label visible

  • A photo of the interior of the box to verify if the damage occurred due to a packing issue or clumsy handling

  • Photos of all damaged items

We'll spring into action to ensure you and your four-legged friend are appropriately compensated!
