Discount and loyalty codes cannot be applied to subscription orders, since all subscription orders have an automatic reduction of 5% already applied.
If you have a subscription and you would like to use a discount code, you must place a one-time order to do so.
You can temporarily pause your subscription and reactivate it at any time through your account subscription dashboard if you wish to do so.
What about my loyalty points?
You always receive loyalty points for every subscription order just as on regular orders. In order to apply a loyalty code, you must place a one-time order.
