Discount and loyalty codes can only be applied to one-time orders.
Discount and loyalty codes cannot be applied to subscription orders, since all subscription orders have an automatic reduction of 5% already applied.
If you have a subscription and you would like to use a discount code, you must place a one-time order. One-time orders can be placed in conjunction with a subscription.
You can temporarily pause your subscription and reactivate it at any time through your account subscription dashboard when you wish to do so.
Where to enter a discount code
Desktop browser
Go to your 🛒 cart.
Review your order and select One-time purchase.
Select Checkout.
On the Information page, you can enter and apply your discount code.
Mobile browser
Go to your 🛒 cart.
Review your order and select One-time purchase.
Select Checkout.
On the Payment page, you can enter and apply your discount code.
☝️ The payment page will appear after you've completed the Information and Shipping pages.
