My loyalty points weren't added to my account

What to do if your loyalty points do not appear in your account after you completed a challenge or placed an order.

If you've completed a challenge or made a purchase but haven't yet seen the loyalty points (otherwise known as Belly Rubs) in your account, don’t worry. Sometimes there's a slight delay in processing points, but rest assured, your well-deserved reward will appear soon!

We suggest the following steps:

  • Refresh Your Internet Browser: do this while on the Loyalty page of your account.

  • Check Back Later: return to the Loyalty page in about an hour.

  • Re-login: log out and then back into your account to refresh the data.
